|Two views of the Croatian fortress Petrinja|
Braun & Hogenberg.
Cologne, 1617. A view and a plan of Petrinja, a remote fortress in northern Croatia. The first is a bird's-eye view by Hofnagel, dated 1597, when the fortress was under the control of the Turks. The second is more of a map-view, and shows new defences built after the Christian forces had retaken it in 1594, including a new satellite fortress on the other side of the river.
